RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love your NeVeRNICE order. If something isn't right, please contact us at nvrnice@nvrnice.com.
14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at nvrnice@nvrnice.com within the applicable withdrawal period. Please include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
Returned items must be sent back in substantially the same condition in which they were received. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but you may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and fit of the product.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending any return so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Where required by applicable consumer law, the refund will include the standard delivery cost paid for the original order. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable unless required by law.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at nvrnice@nvrnice.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant.
For production defects, damaged products, incorrect items, or packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery or, for lost shipments, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so that we can investigate the issue with our fulfilment partner.
Where the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.
Wrong size or colour
Please check the size guide and product information carefully before placing your order. Each NeVeRNICE product is produced on demand.
We do not offer direct size or colour exchanges. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, this does not affect that right. If you wish to change size or colour, you may return an eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
Order changes and cancellations
Because our products are sent to production shortly after an order is placed, contact us immediately at nvrnice@nvrnice.com if you need to change or cancel an order.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once fulfilment has begun. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have after receiving your order.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
